Common Living Room/TV Room
Enjoy the gorgeous living space by watching TV in front of a roaring electric fireplace. Have friends over to relax or reserve for a private event, it's up to you. This space comfortably seats 8+ but more is always welcome with it's open floorplan connecting to the common dining room and kitchen. Don't have room in your apartment to have a nice get together, well now you do, always wanted to throw a meet and greet for your local representative, now you can. Scunny's Place will also hold building events here such as parties for big games, building meet and greets, community meetings, and fundraisers.
Common Dining Room
This well appointed dining room seats 8 comfortably for dinner or a meeting. Need a place to work with coworkers or fellow students on a project, this would be a perfect place to spread out. Have you ever wanted to have your friends or family over for a dinner party, imagine the elegant soiree you could have? Sometimes you just need a quiet place to work from home and as long as the space is not reserved you are welcome to it at anytime
Common Kitchen
A fully functional large kitchen to use for any event in the space. Well stocked with basic amenities for hosting friends and family. Moveable kitchen island/table for buffet style serving or to help prepare fabulous meals. Not all apartments are large enough to be the gourmet chef you want to be so maybe this space can help.
Public Bathroom
Outside the common rooms and the gym in the basement is a unisex public bathroom
Lobby
Let this stunning unique space be the first impression you give guests as they enter Scunny's Place. A couple chairs for deliveries or guest to sit and wait for you to greet them, or to have a quick meeting without having to allow someone in your home.. There is a community chalk board right by the front door so you will always be up to date on upcoming events in the building, neighborhood, and city.
